AST SpaceMobile launched five commercial BlueBird satellites in September 2024 and completed their deployment in October 2024, marking a major operational milestone for the company's direct-to-cell satellite broadband network. The company raised approximately $431 million in gross proceeds during the first nine months of 2024 through various equity offerings and warrant exercises, significantly strengthening its cash position to $516 million as of September 30, increasing from $86 million at year-end 2023.
