BlackRock disclosed that it beneficially owns 5,488,255 Class A shares of AST SpaceMobile, representing 4.5% of the outstanding stock as of January 31, 2024, and subsequently ceased to be a beneficial owner of more than 5% of the class. The filing was made by BlackRock, Inc., a parent holding company, through various subsidiaries including BlackRock Advisors LLC and BlackRock Fund Advisors, with sole voting power over 5,449,048 shares.
