Adriana Cisneros filed an amended disclosure correcting her beneficial ownership of 769,838 shares (0.6% of the class) in AST SpaceMobile, including 36,364 directly held Class A shares that were inadvertently omitted from the prior amendment. On June 4-5, 2024, AST SpaceMobile amended its stockholders' and registration rights agreements to transfer rights previously held by Invesat to Antares Technologies and grant AT&T certain governance rights in connection with AT&T's investment and commercial arrangement with the company.
