Rakuten Group, through its subsidiaries Rakuten Mobile USA Service Inc. and Rakuten Mobile Inc., increased its beneficial ownership stake in AST SpaceMobile to approximately 38.64% (31,020,155 shares when including convertible units) by completing an internal share transfer where Rakuten Mobile purchased all shares of Rakuten USA Service from Rakuten Symphony Singapore on November 15, 2021.
