AST SpaceMobile agreed to sell its 51% stake in NanoAvionics subsidiary to Norwegian company Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace AS for approximately €27 million in cash proceeds, with the transaction expected to close in the third quarter of 2022 subject to regulatory approvals including CFIUS clearance.
