Abel Avellan's beneficial ownership stake in AST SpaceMobile decreased from a higher percentage to 52.3% of outstanding Class A Common Stock following the company's issuance of approximately 18.1 million new shares in late November and early December 2022, which raised the total outstanding Class A shares to 71.2 million. Despite the dilution, Avellan maintains majority voting control through his ownership of all Class C Common Stock, which carries ten votes per share, giving him an 86.51% voting interest in the company.
