Abel Avellan's beneficial ownership stake in AST SpaceMobile decreased from a higher percentage to 35.2% of Class A Common Stock (78,163,078 shares) due to the company issuing additional shares under an equity distribution agreement, not from any sales by Avellan himself. Despite the dilution in Class A ownership, Avellan maintains an 81% voting interest through his ownership of all Class C Common Stock, which carry ten votes per share with no economic rights.
